Sorry for my two followers checking the blog wondering if we went into crisis mode--all is well.
I got to see my family today. I'm pretty sure that is what heaven will be like (maybe with the ability to sit up and walk as well).
My two year old and I got to play pretend monsters for an hour while my husband and mother-in-law toured the NICU. Colton used his harmonica to scare off the 'monstees' whenever they came.
It was like I got to cross this day off without ever going through it. Week 25 here we come.
That is something worth being grateful about.

I love seeing the picture of the two of you. Especially with the smiles. It had to be great to have them come - something to look forward to each week. Take care sweetheart.
Love,
Mom
I'm glad today was a good day and that you got to see family!
That is such a sweet picture! I am glad you are doing good and got to see the family today!!
Aww! So cute! Too bad Marshfield isn't closer to your house. I have to tell you I got hooked into Amanda Knickerbocker's (from your comments) blog last night (first because her last name was Knickerbocker and I just had to see the woman who married Mr. Knickerbocker) and I just couldn't stop reading! It's amazing. You've probably read it too. I remember thinking Gabe went through a lot at 29 weeks, but wow. Medical science is just such a blessing isn't it? I probably wouldn't have any kids alive right now if it was still 1900. It gives you hope reading blogs like that because you know other people are going through the same thing. Congrats on week 25!!!
