Day 6: Attitude of Gratitude

Hi everyone! We are just 3 days out from hitting our 24 week mark with this pregnancy and breathing our first sigh of relief.

Now before I bring back my scrunchies with my stirrup leggings and break out singing "I LOVE TECHNOLOGY" Napoleon Dynamite style let me share what piece of modern gadgetry has me super grateful today:

This beauty: (modeled by the scandalously clad Two Year Old):

My iTouch . . .
or as referred to by our in-house model 'THE BLUE SQUARE!'

Its powers are great, its capabilities many. I think I'm in love. I think the Two Year Old is in love. Actually, I know he's in love because one of the few ways I can get him to sit still for two minutes so I can kiss him to death are to beckon him to my bedside with App enticements like, "Skee-ball" or "Flick-Fishing". Yeah, I play dirty--you would too if the only other face-time the kid showed ya was to ask for a hand-hold while he bears down and works out his problems in the diaper department. It warms my heart to know that only I fill this need for him. Moms are good for stuff like that. Really, I consider it an honor.

So, in conclusion the iTouch gets 5 stars from this couch potato. I recommend it to all of you and add to that the wise words of my cousin, "Don't knock it 'til you rock it!"

Is it sad that I don't know what an iTouch is? I am very behind in the world of gadgets and technology. I am guessing it is like, a phone/television? Please fill me in so I can be as hip as my teen sunday school class who always makes fun of me for not texting - or if I try - it taking me ten minutes.
