The Little Things

I'm thankful for the little things like hair upon my head
and after a long and tiring day a soft and comfy bed.
I'm grateful that I have two legs for walking everywhere,
and that I've never experienced my cupboards being bare
I appreciate my friends whose laughter lifts my cares,
and for the members of my home with whom my life's been shared
I treasure most that I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ
and that I have a knowledge of my Savior's sacrifice.

What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving season?

That's a very sweet, and touching post. I always love checking in. Are you heading back west for Thanksgiving? Either way, I hope it's a great one.

I'm grateful for those things as well! I guess I'll have to answer the question of what I'm thankful for on my blog...one of these days.
I'm a slacker! Happy Thanksgiving!!

You have summed it up pretty well. Thanks for making me stop and think about this. I'm going to think of 10 things everyday from here on out.

Some of those pictures are heartwrenching. It is the little things I sometimes don't think about. This holiday season it's all about family. Have a great day.

It is good to be reminded to be thankful. Sometimes I have to remember to sit down and take time to notice all the blessings I have been given.

I am truly grateful for all the blessings that I have in my life and for my savior Jesus Christ and his atonement. It’s easy to get caught up in everyday life and forget about those things, thanks for reminding me to slow down and take time to remember.

I'm so thankful for life. Some of us take it for granted and honestly I did too until some recent events. I am just happy to be alive.
