Notice he's got the 'rolling' technique down--so proud.
But of course--still has to sample everything via mouth.
Grandmas have been commenting on Colton's growing hair (he was quite the baldy the first year of life thanks to me)--and he's wasted no time in styling his newly acquired crop. This, oddly enough is Colton's favorite thing to play with and keeps him amused for hours while Mom gets ready in the morning. He even shakes the blow-dryer back and forth and has now mastered plugging it into the wall--not so good for Mom?!
ha! there's no WAY I would put my mouth on the back of my blow dryer. (but I think there's just something a little creepy about the mixture of dust & unattached hairs--even if they are all my own.) but little ones just seem to want to find out what everything tastes like. at least give 'em a try. ya know?
Man! He has that rolling technique down better than me. Colton probably has longer hair than Lauren too. He is growing up a lot. It's great to see a picture of you. It seems like years since I last saw you. I'm hoping that you return to the area when you're done in Florida!!
We definitely share the feelings of missing home and family mentioned in your Conference post. Love your little guy's hairstyling techniques! I still can't believe you have such a big baby boy that I've never met!!
that is so hilarious! I should make my girls start practicing young, it takes that long to learn those hair drying/round brush skills! :) He looks so big walking around in cute pjs!
Babies choose the funniest things to play with. Collin used to pull out the waffle iron in the mornings and open and close it. Which was fine until he learned to plug it in. Then it got hot and that was no good. Then he dropped it and broke the clip thing off. After that the waffle iron was moved to an upper cabinet.

It looks like he has the technique down, and what a fun toy to play with.

He is getting so big! He is so cute! I wish I had the techniques if doing my hair as well as he does!
It took me years to get that blow dryer in one hand, round brush in the other coordination down.
He is adorable.
