Sweating away in the hot car after walking around downtown Jacksonville.
Saturday was spent in Jacksonville and it was up in the high 90's with humidity amplifying the intense heat! Colton was melting away alongside Mom and Dad so we toured downtown quickly and hit the road. Next time I vote for the beach!

We used to live down South when I was a kid. I remember getting used to the humidity, eventually. If I had to do it again now though, I think I'd pass out.
When I was 14ish I went to Tenn. to help my sister when she had her baby, she had no AC and when I got out of the shower I told her the towel was broken because everytime I would dry off I would be sticky wet instantly again! The cockroach is gross but fun memories! I LOVE the pool! I bet thats nice! Send me a cd of your music!
Hil, I am loving peeking in on your blog- you do a great job with it. Looks like there were some nice views in Jacksonville, but we are also far to familiar with the humidity-amplified heat... I just wish we had a beach option to turn to.
